Channeltivity 2024 SOC 2 Type II Audit Shows No Exceptions

This distinction follows a successful SOC 2 Type II audit in February 2023 and a successful SOC 2 Type 1 audit in April 2022.

What’s a SOC 2 Type II Audit?

The System and Organization Controls (SOC) 2 security standard was developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) to provide a rigorous assessment of the controls relevant to a company’s security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy.

The SOC 2 Type I audit determines whether the right controls are in place. The SOC 2 Type II report evaluates the design and effectiveness of those controls over a specified period of time — in this case, 12 months.

Channeltivity’s audit for the period of January 1 through December 31, 2023, was completed with a “clean” audit opinion from Sensiba, indicating that the company’s systems and controls met all relevant trust services categories, and no exceptions were noted.
