Release: PRM Integration Log, Partner Sync Setup & More

Updated March 22, 2023
Published in Channeltivity PRM

The next release of our PRM solution is going live tomorrow Friday, June 6th between 5 am and 7 am EDT and has a number of helpful improvements, including the Integration Log:

PRM Integration Log

Whenever you have two systems talk to each other, there are invariably issues that pop up and need to be resolved. Our new Integration Log lets you look behind the scenes and see integration tasks and their results, which is invaluable in troubleshooting integration issues between your PRM and other systems. In this current release the Integration Log will only capture Salesforce Partner Sync events, but in the future we’ll add support for the Data and Single Sign-On APIs, Web-to-Lead form, Deal Registration and Lead integrations with Salesforce, and more. You can find the Integration Log in Admin -> Settings -> Integration Log.

Partner Sync Setup & Matching

The new setup process for the Salesforce Partner Sync integration makes it easy to safely match existing Partners in Salesforce and Channeltivity. This ensures customers can merge Partner data from both systems while avoiding duplicates. If you were unable to take advantage of our Salesforce Partner Sync feature thus far because you already have partner data in Salesforce, submit a support ticket today to get started.

Additional Partner Agreement Placeholders

We added a number of helpful placeholders to the Partner Agreements feature, including Partner Address, City, State, Zip & Country, and all Partner custom fields.

Additional Deal Registration Email Notification Placeholders

We also added new placeholders to the Deal Registration email notifications. These include Customer Name, City, State & Country, Deal custom fields, Partner Region, City, State & Country, and more.

As always, there’s nothing that’s needed from you – all customers on the current cloud version will be automatically upgraded.
