Partner Agreements & Electronic Signatures (video)

The new Partner Agreements feature allows your Partners to electronically sign legal documents, such as partnership agreements, NDAs etc. right within Channeltivity PRM. Set up any number of agreement templates and specify which Partner types and regions are required to sign which agreement. Once the Partner logs in, any mandatory agreements are displayed for signing, customized with the Partner’s information. The Partner signs each document by typing their name into a box, which adds an electronic signature to the partner agreement and stores it as a unique PDF in the Partner record. This feature is available to customers using the Partner Module.

More Partner Manager Permissions (video)

We added Partner Manager permissions to the MDF Module last year and are now expanding that functionality to other modules. Change your partner managers’ Group permissions to use the new Partner Manager access levels so they will only see the data of Partners that they manage. Along with MDF, Partner manager permissions are now available for Deal Registrations, Lead Distribution and the Partner Module.

As always, there’s nothing that’s needed from you – all customers on the current cloud version will be automatically upgraded.
